• Is there parking?Our structure does NOT offer private parking. Only the loading / unloading inside our patio is possible for a maximum of 15 minutes. The nearest public parking is called LA BAGNAIA n. 3 and n. 4 and is 200 m. ca. from the apartment. The hourly rate is 2 euros up to a maximum of 15 euros for 24 hours, the night from 8.00 to 8.00 costs 5 euros, payment is made at the exit of the parking lot. • What time can I check in?Check-in can be done between 15.00 and 19.00. For arrivals outside these hours please advise. • What time should I check-out?Check-out must be done before 11.00 • Breakfast is included in the price?We do not offer breakfast. Our apartments are all equipped with private kitchen • How much is the deposit that I have to pay to confirm the reservation?The required deposit is 30% of the total stay. • When is my room permanently booked?The room is definitively booked after the payment of the confirmatory payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay or to the conferment of the credit card details as a guarantee • The deposit will be withdrawn immediately from my credit card?No, no charge will be made, we will keep the data as a guarantee.
• When do I have to pay the balance of the stay?The balance is due upon check-in. • Do you accept cash?Yes, we accept cash in local currency - Euro. • Do you accept credit and debit cards?Yes, we accept ATM and VISA and Mastercard credit cards. • Do you accept animals? Yes • Are the rooms provided with linen?Yes. You will find sheets, blankets, shower towels, towels for the bathroom • Is it possible to have an extra cleaning service in the apartments?Of course, the cost is € 15.00 per hour. • How are the power outlets?The sockets are continental with two holes with a voltage of 220 / 240V. • Is there air conditioning?
